I gave ONCE (with the condition it was a one-off donation) when stopped in a Hardware store by a rep of this charity.
The condition was they would not call me to solicit but they have never ceased. I am annoyed and no longer donate to THIS charity as they call persistently AND at inopportune times with what appears to be a rotating last few digits on the number.
I do not like this.

the voicemail I got this number (02) 8916 8031 is calling from Cerebral Palsy Lottery

Caller: Collector for charity

Lottery ticket sellers. I told the lady that gambling is a sin. I offered, on behalf of my family, a small cash donation. She said she can't accept cash. End of conversation!

Called and left no message. I called back to a voice mail saying it was the Cerebral Palsy hotline.

The call was on my wife's mobile We are fed up with charity calls. It is obvious that once you have donated they pass your details round to other charities. I now reply with a negative response, particularly as many of these calls are made from a collector company that keeps a large proportion of the donated funds and the charity gets only a small share.

The voicemail said its from Cerebral Palsy Foundation

Called and left no message .. I called back to a message saying it was the Cerebral palsy hotline (they sell tickets to their lottieries and keep calling every draw with new numbers even after being asked to remove your number from their database)
