Keeps calling asking for a “Jasper” in regards to an unpaid electricity bill! Can confirm I am not Jasper, and am too young to have a bill of my own. Still won’t listen and continues to call - have blocked, yet still calls on various other numbers with the same issue

I had a call from that number about my electricity bill also asking for Medicare number ,
I believe that they are scammers

I called back number (02) 8909 7058 rang 5 times then goes to busy tone.
