The caller said to me they were changing my electricity account as I will get 25% off if I pay on time. Not can we see if we can get you a better deal. No said they are and will change it. Also asked if I was on any Centerlink benefits, as I could get a further discount. Gave me his name and ID number and then asked me for my address. I said are you changing my electricity account he said yes. I said NO! your not I am happy with my supplier. He then said who is your supplier. I didnt tell him just kept saying I am happy with my supplier and dont want to change he kept insisting. By now I am pretty angry and said No!! again please take my number off the call list and hang up and blocked the number.

I had a couple of calls from this number today. The first time they asked to speak to me (using my name), I wouldn't give my name, just asked what this was about....hang up. Second time again....hangup.

They don't seem to like it if you don't confirm your name.

Definitely scam.....Answered for the first time which was about some electricity bill offers......got called several times....finally blocked the number...

My policy is never answer a call that’s not on your phone list. Just delete/block, delete/block, delete/block...

They have rang me several times and blocked numbers have also asked to be taken off database, again anothet lady spoke over top i said not interested she again tried to speak about electricity rates and paying in time as i am overpaying at the moment.
