Wallet wizard, if a payment doesn't process they will call you incessantly from hundreds of different numbers. The volume of calls they make over a missed direct debit puts me in a f*ck around find out mindset. Call me one more time and I wont pay you anything again.

Caller: Scammers

Called them back but will not tell me who they are. I asked three times before I would confirm my name (its a new number so no one should have it) an she told me she could not give it out until I told her my name which i did not give.

Caller: I called back only to be told they cannot disclose the name of the company calling unless I gave them my details. Which is a no no in my opinion, a debt collector will give there company name upon calling

Called back the number to be an answered by an Australian caller named David who apparently couldn't give me the name of his company until he had my details

Caller: I don’t know

This is the same experience I just had. They kept saying they couldn’t tell me the business name or what it was about unless I gave them my details first.

I called back number (02) 8897 0824 rang once then goes to busy tone.
