When i requested name, Indian male became abusive, demanding my name and stating he did not have to give his.

I just got a call from this number and this prick asked if i am interested in the financial market and he can offer some advice. I told him to fly the kite and ended this call and then blocked this number. My advice to everyone out there to do the same.

Called me and said my name but when I asked who is it they hung up does that mean I got scammed?

Dont expect Sydney calls so rejected it, googled it, now blocking it!!!

Caller: Chinese lady

Lady barely speaking English wanted to discuss Financial Investments Advise that I requested. Cut the call saying I did not request anyone for investment advise. Called after one hour again. Did not pick and blocked.

Rings up, makes chewing noises, hangs up. Weirdo. Block immediately.

Phone flashes red and has a message saying suspected spam. Never pick up and don't call back.

Similar to many others' experience. Got call from this number at 5.05pm on 02/10/20. Didn't answer as suspected it would be scammer and they didn't leave a message

they rang me today 14 Oct, answered, silence, then they hangup... i called back, phone cannot go through, annoying people!

Called, no message. Later that date message to me a “waiting for you to sign up” message all spam messaging to me

Same as the others. Caller rang and failed to leave a message. I have been targeted by spammers since Pepperstones database was hacked and my name, mobile and email address was stolen.

This person rang our Victorian number at 1 am on 9 October 2020, hang up when answered the phone

Caller: Traders Education (apparently)

The guy said something about me booking an appointment, and when I said I didn't, he just hung up. He knew my name. When I looked up the company he mentioned, I found out that it was a scam. Someone tried to hack into my Facebook account not long after, but I'm not sure if these two things are related or not. I think the caller said his name was Robert. The call came from Sydney.

Rang me but when I said hello they hung up
