Cold call identified by my phone as danger detected, calling pattern identified !

After answering 'hello' , delayed reply , then male voice with accent replied 'hello, this is Frank speaking, is this audible?'
I muted call believe ending and blocking 🚫

May gave been international call centre. Did not ring back, I didn't ring the number. Beware ?!?

Annoying, repeated calls saying they provide digital … blah blah blah. Many calls saying same kind of script but from various numbers in the last few weeks.

Saying they want to promote my small business. I advised I wasn’t interested. They keep calling once or twice a week, six phone calls each time.
