I called back number (02) 8877 0399 reached IVR for Inktech.

Yep - had Inktech as well, but the girl who called was very professional, had the right names, yadda yadda. I wasn't one of the names on the list so I don't care if she harasses my colleagues instead. Hahahah

Same deal ....woman with accent .... I asked twice but couldn't make out what company she was calling from. Asked what the call was for .....said Private Directory. I said we didn't want to be in the Private Directory.........she said she had to HAD to check if the names she had were all with the Company ..................so I let list a whole lot of names and said they no longer worked for our Company.

Oh man, Gatekeeper, same deal! She was nervous on the phone, said it was for a business directory. I suspect it's a new web company and they've hired a poor girl to call through yellowpages or something to confirm details.

A very nervous woman called, asking to check details. she was from (I think) Inktech. She stammered and um and ahhed. I asked her what this was for. She literally said, ohh i don't know, I'm new here.

I suggested she actually discovers what her job is BEFORE she starts calling people. Whatever you have there ( addresses and peoples names ) I said just say it's correct.
