This number calls at 8pm at night and doesn't leave a message. No way will I answer an interstate number at that time at night.
1) rude for calling late at night when I am winding down from a day at work 2) rude for not doing the right courtesy by leaving a voice mail 3) rude for continually calling when clearly I wish to know who you are first
All I can think is it must be a scam for someone to be so sneaky and leave no message, intending to catch you unawares while at home. Beware!
