Dont believe it would be legitimate, even when they left voicemail the info is unclear and they didnt say QBE insurance but something else. Also the background sounded like a room full of Tele communicators talking loudly. Seems very unprofessional if legit.

They knew my name somehow, but the details of the call were clearly false and very suspicious. If you receive a call from here I'd ask them for their name and which QBE department they're from, then call QBE directly from their public number, and take it from there.

Received a call from this number which diverted to my unattended message bank no message left and I have no policies with QBE as other people have sated this is one of their numbers. I won't be returning the call.

Called back and told that "the number you called is not connected"?? This was probably a follow up to a saga trying to communicate with QBE insurance through their phone system. Even their on-line complaints section is hopeless.
