I called back number (02) 8837 8333 spoke to a woman who said company name is Allied Express.

Looks like a courier/whitew good delivery firm

I had a delivery from Allied express and they were ringing to confirm I got it. Legitimate number

Totally a scam calling system - auto dial....block them

Keeps ringing and hanging up. Called back. A receptionist answered. She was friendly and mentioned she doesn't know why it keeps ringing

Had three messages, calls that we missed and they want confirmation of delivery suspect its a Scam but have tried to ring Allied transport Sydney, THEY don't even answer their phone how useless, must they be have waited and waited for response! none. But the number is certainly different to this anyway so bin it!

Its Allied Express Sydney depot... There are a few reasons why they dont talk etc, either the connection from their phone to mic set is old/broken, Another way for them to save money, and get you to call back.
To just say hey, we tried to contact you, no-one answered, and because it shows up on your phone, that's just proof they did try and call. (not try and talk)
