Received a text message asking to call CCS (doesn't even show the full name) and to quote the reference number provided in the text. Tried to call, but no one answers. Don't owe any money to anyone, so have no idea why they're trying to contact me. Thinking this is probably another SCAM. This lot are called Commercial Credit Services and they are a debt collection agency. They are from the US and you can see the bad staff reviews on Google to give you an idea of the sort of company they are. the voicemail I reached said this number (02) 8834 5000 is calling from Commercial Credit Services Caller: Commercial Credit Services (CCS)
Call apparently originated from Blacktown, NSW. CCS, supposedly are debt collectors. They left a message, I rang back and was put on hold for about 3 mins then was told the operator I was trying to connect with was busy and was asked to leave a message. Still waiting for call back.

idiots keep calling me saying i owe samsung money and id contacted samsung and theyve told me i dont owe them money. and samsung have advised they dont deal with commercial credit. scumbags. ive reported it to the police.

Rude woman by the name of Carol called me. They don't tell you they are recording your call (as they are meant too). Rude, rude, rude. Obviously the company attitude. Turns out they are a debt collection agency. They called me 4 times in one day and they are so rude. Its harassment........ and it gets better, they have the wrong person.
They are a Debt collection company. They use a automated robotic voice that speaks so fast you cant under stand what its saying. It called for almost 3 weeks until I finally could understand it. In the end they had the wrong person.
If they actually used a human they probably would have found the person they were looking for allot sooner.
