Caller: It is Electrolux in Blacktown Call always flips across to their Call Centre/Customer Service in Phillipines. Impossible to speak with anyone in Australia. They refuse to put you thru - they escalate to Australia via email & you wait……………till someone in Electrolux Australia phones you…so annoying. Companies do this because cheap labour in Philippines & India it puts Australians out of a job. So much for Customer Service !!!!!!! The Companies sell the goods, then they don’t want to know you !!! Parent Company is in Stockholm/Sweden !!
