That's because it is st Luke's Medical Centre Raby, the number they called on is or has been a contact number, all they want to tell you is that your results are in for tests and you should make an appointment to see your Dr about them. If you are not a patient there then perhaps they called mistakenly (and we all know that we NEVER make a call to a wrong number by accident), or you should let them know you are not a patient and have the number removed.
