Whenever you push any of these numbers, you hear the same robot recorded message. A human then comes on the line, says nothing, then hangs up

Same number - automated message in english and chinese about DHL package not being delivered. Why aren't the phone companies terminating these connections?

Eventually he bung up.

Immediately afterwards, this scam number rang my phone

I didn't answer.
They didn't leave a msg.

Unknown male person pretending to be my friend.

I didn't answer the call as my phone identified this as Potential Fraud - I am glad I didn't based on other people getting calls and their comments

Said it is from paypal, they are going to deduct amount from your bank account

Robobitch call about a $900 charge on the Visa card I don't have

No message left so probably a scam/ spam
