Caller: Scammer

The woman had a heavy accent and was difficult to understand. I think she said she was calling from Telstra. I told her I'm not a Telstra customer, she said okay and I hung up. The number showed up on my phone as "(02) 8722 2518" and said it's from "Bankstown, New South Wales"/

Ctransaction, never used PayPalaller claiming to be from PayPal Security! Stated that I need to verify or stop a $700+ payment from my account. I had made no such

Woman called and she claimed she was from ebay saying that I had a fraudulent purchase of $500 which was not true. She started asking me questions about my personal info and hung up straight away.

Caller: Rep from telstra

Male claiming to be from Telstra advising my browser settings were incorrect, when i told him i'm not with Telstra he tried to explain that it doesn't matter who my provider is the error is still there, I told him i didn't believe i was talking to Telstra, in which he replied...... F$@K you B@@@h, F$Ak you B@@@h before hanging up.

Caller: Telstra

Phone caller said they were from Telstra and was letting me know that my internet service/ IP had changed from private to public and was I aware about this. I said no. He asked is there anyone else that worked there and may have done it accidentally. I said I have an IT company help me with that part of the business and he hung up on me.

Claimed to be from Telstra technical dept
Hung up when I said I didn’t need any assistance

Caller: “CommBank”

Called me saying that they reported suspicious activity on my account and gave me a verification code to write down and told me a transaction was pending. I asked them to prove they were commbank by sending me an email from a commbank email address and they hung up - heavy sub continent

Caller: Supposedly Telstra billing dept

Heavy Indian accent called to tell me that Telstra was giving me a 20% discount on our bills as we are a long term customer and they don't want to lose us. Knew my name and street address but was very fishy. Questions getting to more details about our bill and said to email me and I would assess it. Easy to tell when emailed whether a scam or legit. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMTION!
