second time this has happened- someone claiming to be searching for my husband on a "personal business matter" but wont disclose where they are from. this time the caller said he was Ed, the first time it was a female- and i handed the phone over because i knew he had just been talking to someone, and this person was asking him about bank details etc.
today he called on a private number but told me to write down his number so my husband can call him back.

I missed a call from this number. The guy left a voicemail, he knew my full name! He said his name was Ed Tupolski. Other websites have flagged this number and a guy calling himself Kurt Smith. Don't answer, these people are unscrupulous going through family members, neighbours, and employers to locate people. I'm sure that is illegal! Anyway, just blocked the number.

This guy ed left a message on my phone asking me to call him back,I've seen other review's on this guy,how does he obtain all his information on people an where they work etc...

They are still at it, My Brazilian housemate just received a call, looking for me, yet him and I have no shared information I never give his number out nor vice versa, so.... are these ppl going through mail boxes to attain information. I'm freaked out!

He rang me yesterday asking if I knew someone. I had no idea he was a scammer. Im naive sometimes and I happily told him the information. He sent me his details. And I forwarded them onto my brother... my brother yelled at me coz I didn't know it was a scammer..

i answered a call from this number (02) 8651 5709 but the guy i spoke with just hung up on me

Was looking for an acquaintance from a number of years ago, wouldn't disclose how he got my number or contact details... wanted me to pass on his details... but wouldn't say what company he was calling from either...

Ed wouldn't say what company he worked for just wanted to speak to an employee on a "personal business matter". I called the number back to get the company name and a young lady answered and advised it was Credit Corp. Do not answer or speak to these people totally unscrupulous to call an employer looking for someone.

I called back the number (02) 8651 5709 and the guy on the other line did not mention the company name

"Ed" asking/inquiring if people lived at an address.
He's going through through different agencies, members, neighbours, employers. dubious.

I called back number (02) 8651 5709 rang once then goes to busy tone.
