Missed the call. They left no message. Reluctant to call back after the amount of marketing calls I get lately.

Commonwealth Bank (CBA) Customer Support. Seems there is a slight delay after initially answering the call, but then the customer agent came on the line.

This is not SCAM - it is Comm banks Financial Assistance support team.

Called and I answered as I am expecting a call back from CBA which has an 02 area code. I said hello but no reply and they held on the call for 10 seconds then hung up
