Claims to be a private company that's doing research of financial hardship. Asks her personally identifying information. Call ended when i refuse to supply this.

phone rang only once then nothing

Received inbound Viber audio call but hung up when I answered. Rang back and got message this number is not in service.

I didn't hear it ring, but the number appeared 11th June and 18th May. Based on feedback above, I ignored ringing back.

scam ... do not answer

Called - asked if I was (they had my full name)...and as soon as I said yes, the hung up. was clearly a foreign call centre despite the appearance of a local number

Actually holding my mobile phone, didn't ring long enough to attempt taking the call. Straight through to messagebank as a missed call.

Annoying spammers. Do yourselves a favour and block this number! They are on fire today, second spam call on the day. This mob called at 7.54 pm when I am trying to relax after a long day at work.

On 03-Nov-2016 (02) 8607 8204 rang my home. I rang back a few minutes later, twice, both times receiving a message that "the number is not in service". Receiving such a message is a quite reliable sign that the caller is not to be trusted.

I've had a few missed calls from this number, usually at times like weekends, and I ended up blocking it. As per other comments, if you call back you're advised that the number is disconnected.

Appears to be the number to call if you are having financial difficulty in paying your bill with "Live Connected" telco. See http://www.liveconnected.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/Financial-Hardship-Policy.pdf. Nothing to do with research. Scammer has possibly the use of that number. Person I spoke to (with Philippino accent) said they'd heard of the "Do Not Call" register (which the number they called is on), admitted that they didn't fit anyof the exemptions (being a non-charitable private company) but tried to persist with the call anyway. Just hung up when they started asking about personal finacial circumstances.

Claims to be calling from "Social Market Research" in Chatswood. Asks financial questions. When I refused to answer, she hung up.

Hung up when I answered.

This number called at 5:10pm on Saturday evening. When I answered it, the call immediately disconnected. When I called back, I was told - in a phillippino accent - that this number was not connected.

I called back number (02) 8607 8204 it says the number I have dialed is not in service anymore.
