Caller: Company claiming to be called 'OBC'

Company called claiming to have spoken to a manager previously.
Lady said she was from a company called OBC and then when questioned what the company was, hung up.

Called saying they were from "OBC". They wanted to talk to my boss about a contract signing. I said he would call them back and she didn't like that and said she would call later. I called back out of curiosity and it was disconnected.

Patrick from OBC/Telstra has called numerous times, saying he has spoken with people in the business but clearly hasn't....I have blocked the number

Called my business today.I answered and they hung up after a good 30 second silence.

I just want to say to those people - STOP HARRASSING AUSTRALIANS!!!

We work too hard for our money to just give it away to 3rd world scammers!

Caller: The OBC

Said her name was Jasmine from the OBC and wanted to talk to our directors about a contract. Guess she got sick of our on hold messages

Caller: Claimed to be from Optus

Said last time we spoke I said we were contracted to Telstra??? We have been with Optus since...forever! Think it was a scam. They hung up on me.

Caller: Supposedly Telstra OBC

Claimed to be from Telstra OBC, Was very persistent, and after fobbing them off the first time, tried again. Told initial answerer that they had dealt with me before, but that was a lie. When answerer suggested they email, they asked for email address. Answerer said that if they had dealt with me before, they should have the email address. At that point, their ruse having been discovered, they hung up.They also admitted through the call that they were not actually from Telstra

Received a call from this person today, the 2nd call of the day. Kara said she was calling from OBC with regards to a contract. I put her on hold and the person she was asking for had no idea about them. When I returned to the caller I said I was not putting through the call, she said she would send an email and then called me a bitch. I called the number back and it said the call could not be completed at this time.

Caller: Optus

Claimed to have been referred. Needed to speak to the one person who wasn't here. Reluctant to give details. Will call back tomorrow (and the person won't be here then either, sucked in). Attempted to call back and the recorded message was "your call cannot be completed at this time". Silly people.
