A night ago fillled a form to compare some prices. Randomly called me 8:15 in the morning.. Was sleeping at that very early time! Never asked them to call me, that is the reason they ask for your phone number which I am really NOT FAN of giving my phone numbers or email addresses out like that. :/

I had done just one search where they provided an actual quote and was in the middle of adjusting my search criteria and my choice of extras, and a representative from “Compare the Market” called me mid search.
Whoever their National Sales Manager is, has got no idea about customer care. Private health is not the kind of industry where you go in for the pushy and “no time to think” sales techniques...that sort of style is reserved for used car dealerships and local hair braiders in Bali! Ha. Lol
Cute as f@ck advertising campaign though, so at least their marketing team know what people want.
