they are telstra for getting feed back of your call

I sent the following on Telstra's online complaint form:

3 times in less than an hour today you morons have rung my mobile telephone number and hung up when I answered.  
The number you called from was (02) 8570 3298.

I dialled back as a missed call the first time to discover a recorded message saying someone had supposedly rung me to ask me about opinions of Telstra service.
Here is the opinion I could not pass over the phone as the number.

[removed:lang] dont be so [removed:lang] rude as to ring three times and hang up on me and then charge me for the call I had the courtesy of returning to whoever is supposed to be doing the survey and then hanging up on me.

I recently just connected with telstra on a plan 4 days ago. Missed a call from this number 30 mins ago. While writing this they just called back!!!

I was prepared to answer the questions to stop the harrasment.
After answering Question one of four, the recorder message said they "value my feedback" and hung up on me.... lol.
Hopefully one answer was enough to stop them ringing back

this number calls and hangs up when you answer .i have allready reported this number as a nuisance and unwanted call to telstra this year.

This number is NOT Telstra.  It's a scam, whereby a premium service provider calls, then hangs up, baiting the user to call back and pay for premium charges.  Legally, there's a loophole - they arent breaking any laws by calling and hanging up.  It is NOT Telstra making these calls.
