This looks like a scam Paypal call about Mcafee subscription. Gaetano Valenti claims to live in Sydney but his email address is for an Italian institution.

"SUCCESS! YOUR PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED (02) 8552 9766 emailed me saying money has come out of my account paying for MCafee protection. I do not have Mcafee on my computer or phone. The amount has not come out of my account as yet!
