Automated message saying my phone service will be cut off in 2 hours

Caller: Scam Caller

left silent voicemail the first time, then chinese nonsense the second time.

Number went straight to message bank - message advising that it was Telstra and service will be terminated with option to press number to go to Service Centre.

If any questions, please press 9 to be transferred to customer service personnel

Someone with an accent asked for me by name .. I was terse with my response .. yes.. what’s this about ..they hung up
