When I answered it said it was an epidemic related call and that I hadn't responded to previous ones - probably because I hung up and then to press 1 for the chinese department. Have blocked the number but I've already blocked ones with pretty much the same message so no doubt they have a range of numbers to ring from again.

Caller: I don’t know I answered and an operator said ‘Chinese embassy then something in Chinese’ then I hanged up. The number came up as Sydney, Australia. So I thought it might have been something important. I have blocked this number.
