It's a company called Wondercom who appears to be a subsidiary of TPG. They appear to be handling TPG's NBN sign up inquiries. They contacted me because i replied to a text from TPG about their NBN plans. I am a TPG customer.

TPG is an internet service provider in Australia. Wondercom was a subsidiary of TPG providing FTTB services which has since merged back into TPG.
