Missed call from unknown number. No message left so blocked

(02) 8530 8828 I missed a call from them so called back.
No answer just voicemail , telling me they would call again. Then the message changed and do did the nationality of the message- broken English, poor grammar it didn't make sense

I was called by this number , I said Hello and they hung up . I didn't speak to anyone.

about to answer the call then it hung up. Must be a scam call or telemarketer.

Pretended to be ‘An important Government Department’ then transferred me to a Mandarin speaker so I have no clue what it was about but the govt doesn’t use telemarketing bots or even call you direct for anything.

DIGITAL DESIGN COMPANY FOR WEB DEVELOPMENT they say if you call it a computer and there no support team it just repeats it's self and if ya press 1 it says there busy and hangs up

I don't have ay contacts in NSW (02) and as no message was left, I have blocked this number.

Caller tried to tell me I had enquired about a low interest loan with them, said the company name so fast (twice) that it was incomprehensible. I have made no such enquiry and I told her as much telling her she was a liar and a scammer. She hung up.
