Caller: (02) 8530 7065 Silence followed by soft beep than they hung up - likely Scam

I have had a bunch of calls from the 02853070XX range. They never answer, just hang up immediately, and if you try to call back you get a "This number is not available" message and disconnect.
I suspect they are trying to see which numbers answer to put you on a spam call list.
