Caller: Telstra Scam The woman who phoned said she was with Telstra and was calling to upgrade my internet service which was detected as running slow. I said 'what if I tell you that I don't have Telstra internet?' and she said 'I have an answer for that - whoever your service provider is Optus, Dodo, iiNet (she mentioned a few more) they all run on Telstra lines'. I said that it didn't sound right and she said I can hang up if I don't feel comfortable and to have a lovely day. A very polite and cheerful scammer.
