Person asked if I made a medical donation $649 on Visa or MasterCard account. I said ‘No’ and hung up. Is this another scam?

Operator asked if I bought a $500 eBay voucher . Background was too noisy and Now wondering if she offered a $500 voucher instead. I said ‘no’ and she hung up .
Judging from other comments, this number is a scam.

caller from (02) 8526 0569. said he was from Telstra and wanted me to answer questions about my internet, was not secure , I disconnected the call it was good Friday in late afternnoon
