Been getting calls from this number and other numbers with the same prefix. I am registered on the Do Not Call list to prevent this but it doesn't work obviously. Can you do something about it to shut them down please?

Got this call to our private unlisted number today, not impressed we don't pay for a private line to have telemarketers ringing it. We are also on the Do Not Call Register and it can be reported to them, they fine the companies concerned if they breach the Register.

Got a missed call from (02) 8524 5951. Didn't leave a message. Get these all the time. Never leaves messages. On the odd occasion I answered my home phone it's either The Modern Group, a mobile phone carrier or one time I got an Idiot Indian guy trying to scam me with that credit thing. He even had a baby crying in the background. I told him to F off.

I have had a call from the same number in the last couple of weeks - weekend an evening at prime telemarketing/telesales times. When I picked up there is just silence and after about 10sec the line disconnects. Sometimes when someone is calling a landline using Skye or other internet phones there can be a silence before the call is connected.Not impressed. Called the number to see if anyone picked up at the other end and got the message that the number is not connected.

Indian telemarketers, willing to ring mobiles too :/
