Yesterday, I had a missed call from 85245922 and today, a missed call from 85245911. country code: 61:Australia and Area code 2: Sydney

I did not called them back but I felt weird.

I found a few people received calls from 85245911 but not from 85245922.

exactly same as everyone elses comments. calls and hangs up. Returning call goes to a generic fundraising recorded message. very spammy behaviour.

On consecutive nights have received calls from (02) 8524 5911, (02) 8524 5973, (02) 8524 5959. All tele-calls I would suggest from the same organisation.

When I dont know the number as I have caller ID,normally I do not answer. Sometimes I pick up & say nothing...that tricks them. lol

Caller told me he represents  the Rural fire service, selling raffle tickets at various prices. Gave me legit looking return call info so I could check on him, turns out to be another fund raising organization with no connections to RFS - now I don't know if this is a genuine call or a scam, so nobody gets anything.

Same thing. My phone rang 3 times and then they hung up. I don't bother answering calls from numbers I don't know anymore.

They call and hang up. I phoned back once at 2am and got a recording saying it was the Fundraising Department, and that "They Were Busy". Then I phoned back and it said the call could not be connected. I suggest it's an overseas scammer who has cloned a Sydney phone number, the line quality of their recording was terrible. I have reported the calls to The ACMA Do Not Call Register, here: https://www.donotcall.gov.au/ Maybe they can find out who it really is!

rang twice today. same as everyone above. pain in the ... (can't swear)
can't something be done about these people?

rang then hung up when i answered then wen i called the number bak it said it was disconnected...
