Continually call in regards to payments when I’m on bill smoothing.had enough of their BS.no notification on app nothing.changing providers as bill for a month was $600

Called claimed to be AGL. I owe $50, which is below the $100 amount where power companies are not allowed to chase.
The woman was f--king rude.
I'm looking at changing companies.

Called 3 times in 1 hour. AGL are scum bags. Have gone with another energy supplier and the final bill is due on 9th September but they are harassing me to pay the final account that is not yet due. They are the only energy company that start to remind you to pay your bill from day 2 after receiving you bill

Automated call, claiming to be AGL calling about a late bill. Had my name so possibly real, I wouldn’t give any credit card details or any information through this system though. If that’s what they want, they can have a real person call.

Agreed under the foreign corporation it illegal these company are charging us and also ato, rent and mortgage. They all illegal under COMMON LAW

AGL on my second property sent estimated bills in the thousands, I refused to pay until the meter was read.
So now they are losing two properties. Fkn scumbags are AGL.

Agl call me on two different numbers already,I'm only two days late on my bill and this seems harassment ,

This call annoyed me. I'll try to explain.
If I have a bill that is $100.00 a month, I will pay $55.00 a fortnight so it puts me a little in front each month. Doing this is great in the long run but sometimes it goes after the due date by a little bit but ultimately it is always paid, in credit or in front.
I forgot one fortnight with AGL.
Not 3 days after it was due, and $250.00 of $336.00 had already been paid, they called. They were pushy and not understanding. I explained that I will be doing another $150.00 in 4 days (which would clear the due amount and have me in credit). She tried to force me onto a $150.00 A WEEK direct debit payment plan, and even recited my account number.
I went off as said that I owe $86.00, not $150.00 and I am not entering any payment plan because if I didn't forget to make my last payment, I would be in credit by $64.00 and then by $214.00 in 4 days.
She said "well why can't you make full payment now with a Visa or Mastercard?" Then she said, "Can I just take full payment from your account ending in 1**8?"

HOW ABOUT CHASING PEOPLE WHO HAVEN'T PAID ANYTHING.....FOR MONTHS!!!!!

AGL; they keep calling and harassing me because my bpay was late for my payment arrangement. Bunch of c*nts.

Rang 2 times yesterday and left no message. My mobile location said that they are in Engadine.

This is a major scam!! I don't have, and never have had any accounts with AGL so how could I owe any amount on an account that doesn't exist. Wise up AGL, and put a stop to your company name being used to defraud unsuspecting people.
