called back, had recorded message and then hung up. Assuming it is spam

I called back the number (02) 8459 3499 and reached IVR that did not mention the company name

Returned call from a different number and got a recorded message which then hung up. This is one of many calls with the same prefix of (02) 8459 that I have received over the past few weeks so pretty safe to assume these are scam calls.
