Caller: Alinta Agree. I don't answer if I don't know the number and then check it online. Also just left them. Not unhappy with them, but had new solar and battery and rate for solar not high enough.

Caller: Alinta Energy When you try to change energy providers they will all try and call to try and convince you to stay. They all do this. In this case the call was from Alinta Energy. Frankly, they should have offered me a better deal in the first place instead of waiting for me to leave.

Caller: probably Alinta Energy They just charge the largest amount ever for my electricity bill for 2 quarters saying they could not read my meter, Then drop in third one based on the reading in third quarter. But they do not want me to refund based on the higher charges due to unreasonable higher unit rate in previous two quarters.

Caller: Thinking this is ALINTA I have had problems with ALINTA since changed over to them, NOW AM GOING BACK TO PREVIOUS supplier. I have asked to previous supplier to fast tack the change over 2 weeks after the most recent Billing Notice, I am going to pay a little extra in doing so but AM NOT WAITING ANOTHER 2 AND HALF MONTHS to change back and get charged MORE. I have attempted to negotiate with ALINTA they don't give a Dam, and they charging 60cents a day more than my previous supplier just to have the power supplied to the property as well as a HIGHER RATE for LOADING. cant wait o GET RID OF THEM, learnt my lesson the HARD WAY but will save going back to RED ENERGY.

Caller: Alinta Energy This is alinta energy (when you call back). Which makes sense because I am a customer of them with a dispute with the ombudsman before them. What's odd is they hang up when you answer. Call back and you get the call-on-hold announcement. As if I'll wait on my time.
