Can confirm that this is private contractors calling on behalf of Telstra trying to upsell, annoyingly they keep calling until they get a hold of you but other than that they are on shore callers so it’s really a small inconvience to hear them out, they might actually be able to offer you a better deal.

Literally keeps calling me at least 4/5 times a week for the past 6 months!! Leaving a 5 second voicemail of silence. Have since blocked the number, absolute pain in my ass.

He gave me a really weird name when I answered and said he was from Telstra. He then said Telstra constantly update their services to see if i was getting the best deal. He then asked me to state my full name. I said mate you are calling me! i hung up

Ringing daily. No message left. Scam or annoying caller

He said Testra offering some deals. As I have Telstra mobile account and wanted to hear what he said. He started asking personal question as DOB. I told him not interested anymore then he hanged up without saying anything. The way he talked was pushing me to get my personal details rather then introducing the deals/products.

Answered my private mobile number, heard background noise, but they hung up!

This was a real call and a follow up as I was a former T-Box customer and it was to advise me of possible changes to my Telstra plan, well worth taking the call.

Picked it up and they said they were ringing on behalf of Telstra. Offered a great deal on mobile data. Asked for my birth date to verify who I was and when I said no, they asked for a copy of my last bill to prove who I was. I asked them to prove who THEY were, couldn't do so. Keeps on ringing me and never leaves a message.
After personal information under the pretence of up selling mobile data plans. They’ll close with this “ thank you for your time, for security reasons we just need to verify your name and date of birth”’

Hi, how did you block the number on house phone please. Would love to block them as they have been ringing daily for over a week now and am sick of them. Thanks

Insisted they were from Telstra, not a reseller - I questioned her on this. Proceeded to ask me to confirm my identity. Asked for my date of birth. I told her to tell me my date of birth and I'd confirm it - not the other way around. She changed the subject, and said "I can tell you the $ of your last bill" - which was wrong - it was the plan amount, not the actual bill.
Spammer/ scammers with enough information to get some trust - I just hung up and blocked them.

6 missed calls in the past 10 days (most of them this week) Theyare pissing me off as they don't leave a message. I'm going to lodge a complaint with the ombudsman as I am meant to be on the do not call register and they keep calling me regardless. If they call me again (and I catch them) they are going to get a very foul mouthed torrent of abuse from me

Telemarketers for a Telco, never leave a message and keep calling and calling.

Yeah they called me twice, had a 5 minute call. He was saying how he had a much better plan for my mobile data and credit, and said he was from TSA, Telstra. The call said it was from 'Sydney, New South Wales' but he stated he was in Melbourne at the time. After about a minute i started having a go at him, telling him it was a load of sh*t etc. If you get a call from this number or a number similar, don't pick up. The idea behind it is that they call you, and they will try and use your time. The trick behind it is they recieve money that YOU pay for credit, the longer you call, the more money you give to them. Please watch out, hope i helped (:
