Caller: No one left a message

This phone number called my mobile first then within minutes my home phone which is not Telstra. Rang my husbands mobile the other day also not Telstra. Have blocked them now but It won’t work as scammers always use a different number or private number once you block a number.
Considering all the scams something needs to be done about it. My 88 yr old mother gets they constantly as she always answers and it’s very distressing for her as she worries it’s a family member trying to get in touch. Tell her not to answer but she doesn’t know legit people’s number or uses her wall phone which has no call id on it.

I got some info I then researched - definated a SCAMMER

Calling daily no message. Might take their call one rainy day and see if so can waste 20 to 30 mins if their time. As for suggestions they're calling from Telstra to give you a better deal they'd better try and pull the other one. When will Telstra give you a deal that's better for you rather than them.

4 phone calls today alone. They call every day. Claim they are Telstra but cant give me a Telstra staff number

Frequent, almost daily, rings on home phone line. No message on my answering machine, ignore call. How did they gain access to my mobile number?

They rung me yesterday, answered without saying anything, within 3 seconds they hung up. Same number called again today but did I did not pick it up

I keep getting calls from this number and never answer as my app states it’s a spam number ..

Don’t care who it is they are non stop but from the comments I’d say it’s a spam Telstra caller

despite being on do not call register getting more and more of these calls. today I did answer and they just hung up.

When I answer to this number they just hang up! When I respond to a "message" from this number, there is no message. Very annoying!

Received a couple calls over the past few days. Fortunately samsung phone recognises it as suspected spam and allows you to easily add to blocked number list.

I am called from this number at least three times a day. It is very annoying as my landline is downstairs and I must rush downstairs to answer. They say they are from Telstra, but that doesn't seem true, I am not addressed by name.

These people are relentless. I don't understand why Telstra doesn't
do something about them. They regularly ring and then hang up when
the answer phone comes on. Particularly annoying because we have a
range of important things happening which makes us hyper-vigilant
when the phone rings only to find that it's these time-wasters again.

Said it was Telstra ringing about the NBN and wanted my date of birth to confirm before they could continue the conversation and talk specifically about our house which they can't do if they can't prove it is me they are speaking to. I said I wouldn't give it because I don't know for sure it's Telstra and he said he could tell me what my last bill was and nobody else could tell me that.
I said cant you tell me generically what you are phoning about and he said that I needed to know information that was specific to my house. I said I don't need any more information thank you.
On the Telstra website they say not to engage with phone calls if an email or letter doesn't come first. I don't know if this call was a scam but we certainly hadn't had an email from them first.

Endless. Same-old, same-old. They ring and hang up when the answer phone answers. If they were legit they'd leave a message. Like someone else said (further down this page), surely something can be done about these scammers especially when (a) there are so many complaints and (b) I'm assuming that because the number displays, Telstra can easily get access to who it is.

Get this call everyday at the same time but never answer, leaves no voice mail so from reading the comments its probably a scam

Receiving regular calls from this number to my landline. I have not made it to the phone before it goes to voicemail; they never leave a message. This is so cruel when one has a missing family member and is hoping one day they will call from wherever they may be on an unknown number.
