Just had a call from "Paul" offering better discounts on the work landlines. When I said why are you calling and not our account manager - he said ok buy. The number was (02) 8423 9200 - I called our account manager - not a Telstra person as the account manager would contact as informing us a particular person will be contacting us.

Adrian (american accent) initially claiming to be from Telstra offering larger discounts as we are high volume users, he said we were on standard rates which is not the case. Eventually said he was from Gateway Communications acting on Telstra's behalf. When told we deal with an Account Manager through an official Telstra Business Centre he terminated the call.
