What a sacm that they have you as abooked appointment, if you do not come they still medicare your appointment, if you do they rake in an extra $150 on top, and half the time you have no idea you even had an appointment as they just use your details to claim with medicare, they should be audiited by The health dept as should many other doctors that do this.
