I was looking for car insurance. used Compare the Market. A lady rang in few minutes and said she is from an insurance company with the lowest quotation. She got some personnel info as normally insurance companies get for car insurance purposes. And said she will email me the quotation as I refused to pay her on phone. which she didn't.

Caller: Compare the market called within 2 minutes of registering at their website, was already on phone to a "not listed by them" insurance company that is more reputable and equivalent to better pricing

Caller: Compare the market called within the hour of looking on the website. The phone number is on the website, if I wanted to talk I would have called. Still, not as bad as I-select, called within 10 minutes of being on their site and have called again from another number 30 minutes later
