Caller: Financial Place / Asking to Investment A financial place called me on this number asking me to invest. I had a call from the same number the night before but missed it. Lots of background noise on the phone and not a very high quality line at their end. I asked them to take me of their list and advised I'm on the Do Not Call list.

Caller: didnt answer this number keeps calling then hangs up when answer, when u ring back keep u on hold forever, or call gets diverted to not available
