I wish these companies would stop calling and then hanging up. Some of us have jobs and don't want our phone ringing in the middle of a meeting.

Based on previous respondents it's Qantas Wine / EpiQure.
That's fine to ring, but not leaving a message is rude and smack of telemarketing.
