Woman had heavy accent, so hard to understand. From what I could determine she said she was calling about enquiries I had made about my solar panels. I said I don't have solar, and told her to stop making scam calls to innocent people then hung up.

Accent made it very difficult to understand. Something about ‘a plan’. When challenged “what are you talking about” he hung up. I have no idea re topic but he knew my first name
