Do not recognise phone number i do not answer them

Received call. I let it go to VM and the man who left a VM had an accent and knew my full name but didn't say anything besides 'Is this 'my full name'; was silent for a few seconds and then hung up....

Received a phone call from this Sydney landline number and let it divert to voice message as I didn't recognise the number
Took a photo of the phone number with my mobile phone
Looked up number on Reverse Australia to see if it was a scam caller
Rung the number
Automated message said this number is disconnected
Scammer - block this number

No message left

I answered, they said Hello, I said Hello and they hung up.

no message was left

I picked up, connection tone, they hung up. Likely spam call checking connection is active.
