Claimed that she was from Telstra and wanted to discuss about my home broadband. I told her that she was not from Telstra and she just hung up.

Said someone was using my landline for internet banking. asked if I knew a 'Michael Johnson.No. Asked if I was (my name) at (my address).I said this proves you can read a phone directory. & he hung up

scammer said some thing about my broadband told it i dont have broadband only skinny band it hung up

Caller: Supposedly somewhat from Telstra

They were saying that someone was trying to get into my internet so I hung up

Called back. Call failed.

part message left on answering machine ... "Hi this is Daniel I .... " Called back and number is not connected.

Scam caller spoke with foreign accent phishing for personal details

Claimed he was calling from "the NBN", and wished me a good afternoon (at 9:30am in the morning).

Caller: Spammer claiming to be Telstra

No reason for Telstra to contact me so I said "P...off"

Caller said in a very thick accent she was calling from Telstra and from then on I could not understand a word she said. I then said "I don't think so" and hung up.

The tell-tale delay, followed by a foreign accent saying they were ringing about my Telstra internet. I said I don't have Telstra internet and hung up.
The same number rang again a few hours later, but I hung up during the initial connecting delay.

Said he was from Telstra. I just hung up because I knew it wasn’t them.

Said he was from Telstra about our internet connection. not bad seeing we are on Optus. Let the scum know that he had picked the wrong person to scam.

Said from Telstra about connection - women from call centre have called 3 times in last 2 days

Asked for me b6 my last name; then Asked if I remembered filling in a holiday discount coupon (couldn’t understand the name of company he said) I told him no. Then asked if anyone else in the family had completed one? Again no as we haven’t & not planning any travel for awhile. Hung up when I said this is a DoNot Call Number & to remove me from database

I suspect it's a scam artist

Caller said he was from Telstra about my home internet connection. Told him I dont have one (even though I do) He said someone was trying to hack into. Told him I only use my work internet, he said THAT might be the one they are trying to hack. Told him I work with the Police Dept and give me more detail. He hung up:)
