Claimed that she was from Telstra and wanted to discuss about my home broadband. I told her that she was not from Telstra and she just hung up.

Caller: Said it was Telstra Said someone was using my landline for internet banking. asked if I knew a 'Michael Johnson.No. Asked if I was (my name) at (my address).I said this proves you can read a phone directory. & he hung up

Caller said in a very thick accent she was calling from Telstra and from then on I could not understand a word she said. I then said "I don't think so" and hung up.

Caller: (02) 8357 8803 The tell-tale delay, followed by a foreign accent saying they were ringing about my Telstra internet. I said I don't have Telstra internet and hung up. The same number rang again a few hours later, but I hung up during the initial connecting delay.

Asked for me b6 my last name; then Asked if I remembered filling in a holiday discount coupon (couldn’t understand the name of company he said) I told him no. Then asked if anyone else in the family had completed one? Again no as we haven’t & not planning any travel for awhile. Hung up when I said this is a DoNot Call Number & to remove me from database

Caller said he was from Telstra about my home internet connection. Told him I dont have one (even though I do) He said someone was trying to hack into. Told him I only use my work internet, he said THAT might be the one they are trying to hack. Told him I work with the Police Dept and give me more detail. He hung up:)
