I made a booking for a room, paid for it and was later (on the same night the booking was for) called to be advised that they couldn't fulfil the booking.
I requested a refund, to which I was told that there are no cancellations and that they couldn't do anything about it.
This is absolutely disgusting!! What sort of a scam are they running here? Never again will I book to stay at one of their properties and I would be very careful if anyone else tried to, too.
I called back number (02) 8356 1500 spoke to a woman who said company name is Waters Apartment Hotel.
