I called back number (02) 8355 9670 reached voice mail for a company called American Express.

I have told them before that I already have insurance and don't need anymore. Recently they have phoned on Aug 11,15,18, 21, 25 and Sep 1 & 8.

They are wasting their time as I don't pick up.

Called and just waited for me to answer and then hung up without saying a word. I think that they are pre calling to determine when you are most likely to take a call. Ive now blocked the number!

The guy called me, told me he was from Amex, asked me if I received the info, I said no then he said he would send again and he hung up! No thanks for your time, no goodbye. Just hung up. Wonderful customer service!

Constant calls and then hang up when I answer.
Is from AMEX insurance services, called AMEX directly to complain and was put through to their insurance team who have resolved my issue and removed me from the list.
Have not received a call since.

I just got a call from this number on my work line!! AND they hung up as soon as I answered - WTF?!?!
So thank you to those who have mentioned WHO it is. I have no need to call them back.. Cheers!

Call from AMEX regarding recent campaign for insurance related offer. They are persistent as I advised the caller three times within two minutes of the phone call that I was "sorted" with respect to insurance and had no further requirements, yet they were persistent to convert me.
