If it was Collection House, their phone call came 15 minutes after I opened an email apologising for trying to hunt me down for an eBay debt (not mine) which I only became aware of after eBay notified me my account had been hacked. Not so much hacked as eBay made a mistake, methinks.

Collection House, claiming to be from a "Financial Services Company". Manila Folders answer the line (Filipinos).
