This company called about a 'federal government incentive scheme to minimise taxes. It asks questions about your mortgage, salary etc. Then it says you qualify but someone has to come and see you to discuss the details. Don't fall for it. Look them up on Google. Its about them wanting you to buy property with your equity but only from them and only from the one finance company. There is no federal government incentive scheme. Its a shonk.

I called back number (02) 8325 1353 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.
