I offered them a recently purchased iPad from Amazon that they claim I purchased. The person found it all very confusing when I then told them about a new currency I'm trading in called $hitcoin. Utterances of your mother is a wh()re (how did he know that when only close family know of our dirty secret?!) and some other profanities ensued before I managed to tell him he's wasting the chance of a lifetime to invest $100 million rupees in $hitcoin. Sadly, he hung up before I could complete the pitch

Caller: Woman Telemarketer

Was just abused by this telemarketer for telling her that I wasn't interested in talking to her. Yelling and talking over the top of me - awful.

HANG UP IMMEDIATELY.

This is my 6th random unsolicited call for the day including from this number. They have all been different. I did not answer. It stopped ringing when I did not pick up. They did not even leave a voicemail.

Had this number blocked on my landline but had diverted calls to new mobile. Have now learned a new skill on new mobile phone. i.e. how to block numbers.

Hung up after I answered call. Possibly looking for older people.

Repeated calls. Never leaves a message DONT PICK UP.

Thank you! There seems to be a whole series of them at present. Call every day and number always start with 02 8........ Blocked!

Spoof caller. Scammers

When I answered the phone and yelled ‘what do you want’, caller hung up. I knew it was a scam before I answered as I looked up the number when they rang half hour ago. Turn the tables on them and yell at them before they have a chance to speak!

I’ve been receiving these calls for weeks. Some woman who talks over the top of me but knows my name. One time there was clearly a sporting event happening near her. Blocked it.

Caller: sales women

They claim to be a trading company who will help me make an additional income. They call me every fortnight or so, I keep telling them off and that I am not interested and not to contact me anymore... What they do? Still, contact me.
