Caller: Deliveroo Deliveroo Australia calling to see if the rider left Ear pods in my order bag from 3 days ago and if I had them. Was a weird phone call and seemed like I was getting accused of something. Having second thoughts ordering from them again as customer service wasn't too friendly.

Deliveroo. Sent an email regarding a poor delivery experience. Called me 3 times in a row shortly after delivery and the third time the message that was left was just voices in the background.
